The Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1958 being a Special law, it prevails over the General provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Divisional Special Judge has jurisdiction to direct further investigation of a case before framing of charge whenever it appears to him to be proper under given circumstances. In our case under review, the learned Divisional Special Judge is found to have rightly exercised his power in directing further investigation into the case and it calls for no interference by High Court Division in the exercise of its revisional power under section 10(1A) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1958,
