Efficacious Remedy

It appears that the impugned order was passed as back as on 10.08.2011 with the direction to dispose of the applica- tion filed by the petitioner within 30(thirty) days of the receipt of the said order which expired long before. It fur- ther appears that the leave petitioner was a contesting candidate for the post of Chairman of No.8, Kuti Union Parishad within Kasba, if he has any grievance, he can ventilate the same by filing an election dispute before the con- cerned Election Tribunal.
