Regulation 38-On a plain reading of the regulation it is clear that the law has clearly gave specific provision how to cancel Governing Body in a given situation or any member so to say. The minimum requirement, except other things is 30 days clear notice shall have to be given upon the incumbent and that has not been heeded to. The impugned order is ex-facie illegal which cannot sustain for a moment and should be set aside outright in respect of the principle of "Audi Alteram Partem".
