Hearsay Evidence
Hearsay evidence is to be assessed like all other evidence, on the basis of its 'credibility' and its 'relevance'. Hearsay evidence of PW 2 is quite relevant to the material particular of facts relating to the event of killing and involvement of the accused therewith and, as such, not inadmissible.
