Section 12(3)(C)-Law requires that to maintain its beautification, the owner of the surrounding buildings should not be allowed make any alteration without prior permission of the Director. The petitioner cannot make renovation of the disputed building even if it is assumed that it is located outside the Lalbagh Fort without prior permission.
