The Sonali Bank (Employees) Service Regulations, 1981
The departmental proceeding of the Bank being held in violation of the pro- vision of the Service Regulations of the Sonali Bank cannot be treated as legal or valid inasmuch as the respondent employee in the instant case has been denied his right to raise any objection against the appointment of the inquiry officer.
