Declaring that order dated 23.6.2009 is- sued by the respondent No.2 suspending the writ-petitioner from the office of Chairman, Kalipur Union parishad, Banskhali, Chittagong to have been passed without lawful authority and is of no legal effect and directing the respondents to hand over charge of office to the petitioner without delay.
