Bangladesh Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Ordinance (V of 1978)
Section 3(1)-BCSIR was established under section 3(1) of the Ordinance as statutory public body, BCSIR has framed a Service Regulations in 1989 which is known as Bangladesh Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Employees Service Regulations, 1989. Under regulation 1(2). it will be applied for its permanent employees.
