Bangladesh Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Employees Service Regulations, 1989
Regulations 1(2) and 55-BCSIR was established under section 3(1) of the Ordinance as statutory public body. BCSIR has framed a Service Regulations in 1989 which is known as Bangladesh Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Employees Service Regulations, 1989. Under regulation 1(2), it will be applied for its permanent employees. Regulation No. 55 of the Regulation refers that "By Laws" regulating the service of the plaintiff was repealed by the Regulation.
