For a declaration that the suit land
measuring 4.75 acres of land is comprised of a mango garden having 74 mango
trees standing thereon is not a forest land and as such the vesting of control
and management thereof in the Forest Department are illegal and inoperative
and not binding on the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs are entitled to reversion
of the same free from control and management of the Forest Department on the
