61 DLR 244-14 MLR 349: United Edible Oils Ltd. Vs. London Steam Ship Owners' Mutual Insurance Association Ltd & others: This Court finds no hindrance (বাধা) to accepting the view that the defendants are indeed (সত্যি), necessary and proper parties as contemplated (প্রত্যাশীত) under the provisions of the Code. This is because some relief consequent (অনুার্থী) to the Letters of Guarantee is seen by this Court to lie against the defendants and the suits cannot, therefore, be completely decided and no effective decree consequentially (ফলস্বরূপ) made in their absence.
