Vokalatnama-Presumption of its genuineness
When an Advocate accepts a
vokalatnama on being satisfied of its due execution by his client, the Court
has to accept it as genuine unless the contrary is proved, for an Advocate is also
an officer of the Court. The learned Sessions Judge, Dhaka was wrong in
rejecting the revisional application on the question of genuineness or
