Defence materials
The
learned Special Judge discharged the accused persons considering the some extraneous
materials which were not available either in the complaint petition or in the
record and as such the Special Judge acted beyond his jurisdiction be that it
under section 241A or 265C of the Code discharging the accused by illegally
relying upon some extraneous materials which were not in the record. Abid
