This rule is very clear as to what it means. It means that the house was allotted to him on a temporary basis. In view of the above we do not find that the respondent has any subsisting right to continue as tenant in the allotted abandoned house permanently nor he is a permanent lessee to obtain a temporary injunction for the purpose.
