ASSAILANT
Belated
disclosure of the names of the assailant
When
eye-witnesses witness the occurrence, the assailants depart from the scene
and many people assembled at the place of occurrence, followed by officials, it
is natural that the eye-witnesses will name the assailants not only to their
own kith and kin but also to uninvolved persons. Belated disclosure of the
names of the accused makes their evidence doubtful. Nowabul Alam and others Vs.
